Fi-Clor Premium 5 Stabilised Chlorine Granules - - 5 Actions in only one treatment. Fi-Clor Premium 5 Granular is specially formulated to out-perform standard chlorine
granules, rapidly disinfecting water to kill potentially harmful bacteria and other
organisms. It contains an algicide to tackle the problem of green water and a clarifier to
keep your water crystal clear. Water balance is easier to control as the granules have
little effect on pH, and the product is stabilised to combat wasteful loss of sanitiser to
sunlight, making it ideal for use in outdoor pools.

Fi-Clor Premium 5 Stabilised Chlorine Tablets 200gm - - 5 Actions in only one treatment. Fi-Clor
Premium 5 Tablets are specially formulated to out-perform standard 200g
trichlor tablets, slowly releasing a powerful, long lasting
disinfectant to kill potentially harmful bacteria and other organisms.
Premium 5 Tablets also contain an algicide to tackle the problem of
green water and a clarifier to keep your water crystal clear. The pH
properties of the tablets will make it easier to balance water in hard
water areas, and the product is stabilised to combat wasteful loss of
sanitiser to sunlight making it ideal for use in outdoor pools.
Instructions
Calculate the volume of water in your pool (if in doubt, consult the Fi-Clor
Swimming Pool Handbook). Tablet dissolving rate will depend on water temperature and flow rate. Adjust dosage
of PREMIUM 5 Tablets to maintain correct chlorine readings. If you need to raise free
chlorine levels quickly, dose Premium 5 rapid dissolving stabilised chlorine granules
by sprinkling directly into the pool in accordance with the instructions on the pack.Superchlorinate the water every 1 – 2 weeks using a stabiliser-free chlorine such as
Fi-CLOR Superchlorinator.

Fast dissolving & fast acting. No chlorine lock.
Fi-Clor Superfast granular hypochlorite can be used as a regular pool
sanitiser – it is especially recommended for pools that are open all
year round. Superfast contains 10% more available chlorine than
standard calcium hypochlorite and its fine particle size enables you to
dose it directly into the pool rather than pre-dissolve. It dissolves
rapidly to form active free chlorine to kill bacteria and help control
algae. Superfast granules contain calcium which helps balance soft
water, and it is stabiliser-free so avoiding the problem of 'chlorine
lock'.
Instructions
For
maximum efficiency stabilise the water at the beginning of the season
with Fi-Clor Chlorine Stabiliser. Alternatively, use the product in
conjunction with Fi-Clor Premium 5 multi-functional stabilised chlorine
tablets which will give sufficient stabiliser to guarantee optimum
performance after a short period of use. (Do not mix these products –
dose them into the pool from separate locations e.g tablets in the
skimmer, Superfast Granules dosed directly into the pool ). Test the
water dailyCalculate the volume of water in your pool (if in doubt, consult the Fi-Clor Swimming Pool Handbook). The
dosage may vary depending upon water conditions, circulation rate, time
of day and geographical location. Broadcast the product evenly over a
wide area in the deepest part of the pool. Test the water and adjust
the dose as necessary.Superchlorinate the water at least every 2 weeks using 350g per 11,000 gallons (50 m3) of pool water. For more information follow the links belowProduct Brochurehttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/Fi-Clor-swimpool-handbook-2007-low-res.pdfSafety Datahttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/047%20MSDS%20Fi-Clor%20Superfast%20Granules.pdf
Fi-Clor Superfast Chlorine Capsules (Stabiliser Free) 4.5kg Container - FISHC4 - Fi-Clor Supercapsules can be used as a regular pool sanitiser - they are especially recommended for pools
that are open all year round. They are enclosed in a protective plastic sleeve making them easy to handle.
As the capsule dissolves, chlorine is released from each end of the sleeve. The surface area of the capsule
exposed to water remains constant so, unlike normal 200g tablets, you get an even amount of chlorine
going into the pool from start to finish. These calcium hypochlorite Supercapsules contain 65% available
chlorine, no stabiliser (cyanuric acid) and will not contribute to chlorine lock. Each capsule weighs 300g
and should last 3-5 days depending upon water conditions.
Instructions to correct pH
For maximum efficiency stabilise the water at the beginning of the season with Fi-Clor Chlorine Stabiliser.
Alternatively, use the capsules in conjunction with Fi-Clor Premium 5 multi-functional stabilised chlorine
granules which will contribute sufficient stabiliser to guarantee optimum performance after a short period
of use. Do not mix these products – dose them into the pool from separate locations.Calculate the volume of water in your pool (if in doubt, consult the Fi-Clor Swimming Pool Handbook). The dosage may vary depending upon water conditions, circulation rate, time of day and geographical
location. Test the water daily and adjust the dose as necessary. (THE CAPSULES SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE
SKIMMER BASKET ONLY. NEVER USE THE CAPSULES IN FEEDERS OR AUTOMATIC CHLORINATORS).Do not remove the sleeve. Once all the chemical has dissolved, the plastic sleeve will float and the
sleeve can then be removed from the skimmer and discarded.Superchlorinate the water every 1 to 2 weeks, with Fi-Clor Superchlorinator. For more information follow the links belowProduct Brochurehttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/Fi-Clor-swimpool-handbook-2007-low-res.pdfSafety Datahttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/044%20MSDS%20Fi%20Clor%20Supercapsules.pdf

Convenient alternative to liquid chlorine. Fast dissolving & fast
acting. No chlorine lock.
Fi-Clor Superfast Shock contains 10% more available chlorine than standard calcium hypochlorite. Its
fine particle size enables you to dose directly into the pool rather than pre-dissolve, rapidly forming
free chlorine to kill algae. Superfast Shock is stabiliser-free, it breaks down 'chlorine-lock' and helps
restore the effectiveness of chlorine in over-stabilised pools. It also has the effect of refracting light
to produce pleasing blue water.

neutralises high levels of chlorine or bromine in pool or spa water.
Ideal treatment when chlorine or bromine levels are higher than
recommended for bathing, and there is insufficient time for them to
fall naturally.
Instructions
Accurately measure the free available chlorine level or available bromine and
calculate the amount of sanitiser that needs to be reducedFor pools on chlorine, the dose rate is 7 grams of Fi-Clor Chlorine/Bromine
Reducer per 1m3 of water for every 1ppm (mg/l) of chlorine to be reduced. For the
average sized home pool of 50m3 (11,000 gallons), 350g of the product will reduce
the chlorine level by 1ppm (mg/l).For pools on bromine, the dose rate is 3 grams of Fi-Clor Chlorine/Bromine
Reducer per 1m3 of water for every 1ppm (mg/l) of bromine to be reduced. For the
average sized home pool of 50m3 (11,000 gallons), 150g of the product will reduce
the bromine level by 1ppm (mg/l).For best results, pre-dissolve in a clean plastic pail and distribute the
product evenly around the pool.Wait for at least 2 hours before re-testing, making further additions if required.
Under-dose rather than over-dose, as this can produce an unwanted
chlorine/ bromine demand.

the pH or the total alkalinity in swimming pool water. High pH can result in cloudy water and
contribute to scale formation. More importantly, it will reduce the effectiveness of chlorine based
sanitisers as they produce less free active chlorine. High alkalinity will make it difficult to
adjust the pH as any correcting chemicals will be taken up by the alkalinity and are unable to
alter the pH.
Instructions to correct pH
Take a pH reading using your test kit or test strips. You will need to lower the pH if the reading is above 7.6.Pre-dissolve
the Fi-Clor pH & Alkalinity Reducer in pool water using a suitable
container. In order to avoid concentrated solutions, only dissolve a
maximum of 500g of the product in 10 litres of water at a time, adding
product to water, never water to product. If you need to use more than
500g Fi-Clor pH & Alkalinity Reducer, repeat the treatment. Dose no
more than a total of 1kg at a time. With the circulation system running, distribute evenly around the pool, avoiding the skimmers.Continue filtration and re-test after 24 hours. If the pH is still high, repeat the doTo correct total alkalinity
Determine
the total alkalinity level using a test kit or test strips. If the
reading is above 200mg/l (ppm), pre-dissolve 1kg of the product as
described, and pour the solution in a small area at the deep end of the
pool. Each application will reduce the alkalinity by approx 10 – 20mg/l.Re-test
after 24 hours. If the total alkalinity is still high, repeat the dose
until total alkalinity falls below 200mg/l (ppm), varying the location
slightly but avoiding the skimmers. For more information please follow the links belowProduct Brochurehttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/Fi-Clor-swimpool-handbook-2007-low-res.pdfSafety Datahttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/042%20MSDS%20Fi%20Clor%20pH%20and%20Alkalinity%20Reducer.pdfIf you are unsure or unable to test please call our office for our assistance 01440 713355

swimming pool water.
pH is a measure of how acid or how alkaline the water is. Low pH
can lead to skin irritation and corrosion of equipment.
Instructions to correct pH
Take a pH reading using your test kit or test strips. You will need to raise the pH if the reading is below 7.2.Pre-dissolve the Fi-Clor pH Increaser in pool water using a suitable
container. In order to avoid concentrated solutions, only dissolve a
maximum of 500g of the product in 10 litres of water at a time, adding
product to water, never water to product. If you need to use more than
500g Fi-Clor pH Increaser repeat the treatment. Dose no more than a
total of 1kg at a time. With the circulation system running, distribute evenly around the pool, avoiding the skimmers.Continue filtration and re-test after 24 hours. If the pH is still low, repeat the dose. For more information please follow the links belowProduct Brochurehttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/Fi-Clor-swimpool-handbook-2007-low-res.pdfSafety Datahttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/048%20MSDS%20Fi%20Clor%20pH%20Increaser.pdf
Fi-Clor Alkalinity Increaser 5kg Container - WBA05 - CORRECTS LOW TOTAL ALKALINITY.
Fi-Clor Alkalinity Increaser (Bicarbonate) is for raising the total alkalinity level in
swimming pool water. Alkalinity is a measure of the amount of alkali (or in chemical
terms, bicarbonates and carbonates) in the water. If the alkalinity is too low, any
chemicals added to the pool will directly affect the pH, causing rapid fluctuations in
pH readings. Alkalinity at the correct level will help protect, or 'buffer' the pH.
Instructions
Take
an alkalinity reading on your test kit. You will need to raise the
total alkalinity if the reading is below 100mg/l (ppm) for pools
sanitised with stabilised chlorine's or bromine, or below 80mg/l (ppm)
for pools sanitised with Fi-Clor Superfast or Supercapsules.Pre-dissolve the Fi-Clor Alkalinity Increaser in pool water using a
suitable container. In order to avoid concentrated solutions, only
dissolve a maximum of 500g of the product in 10 litres of water at a
time, adding product to water, never water to product. Dose no more
than a total of 1.5kg in a day. With the circulation system running, distribute evenly around the pool, avoiding the skimmers.Continue filtration and re-test after 24 hours. If the total alkalinity is still low, repeat the dose. For more information please follow the links belowProduct Brochurehttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/Fi-Clor-swimpool-handbook-2007-low-res.pdfSafety Datahttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/048%20MSDS%20Fi%20Clor%20pH%20Increaser.pdfIf you are unsure or unable to test please call our office for our assistance 01440 713355
Fi-Clor Chlorine Stabiliser 3kg Container - FIS03 - Fi-Clor Chlorine Stabiliser protects pool chlorine in
outdoor pools and reduces wasteful loss of
sanitiser to sunlight. Ideal for pools on stabiliser free chlorine's.
Instructions
Calculate the volume of water in your pool (if in doubt, consult the Fi-Clor
Swimming Pool Handbook).Take a cyanuric acid reading using your test kit. If the reading is below
30mg/l (ppm) you will need to add Fi-Clor Chlorine Stabiliser as above. The Chlorine Stabiliser can take a few days to dissolve. During this period
assist dissolution by sweeping any accumulated product with a pool brush
keeping filters running. Do not backwashNote
When filling a pool, a single dose of 1.5kg of Chlorine Stabiliser
should be added during or immediately after filling the pool. For more information please follow the links belowProduct Brochurehttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/Fi-Clor-swimpool-handbook-2007-low-res.pdfSafety Datahttp://www.certikin.co.uk/pdf/037%20MSDS%20Fi%20Clor%20Stabilizer.pdfIf you are unsure or unable to test please call our office for our assistance 01440 713355 Fi-Clor Calcium Hardness Increaser 4kg Container - WBC4 - CORRECTS LOW CALCIUM HARDNESS.
Fi-Clor Hardness Increaser is for raising the calcium hardness level in
swimming pool water. Calcium hardness is the amount of dissolved calcium
and magnesium in pool water. If there is insufficient dissolved calcium, the
water will try and take it from the grouting and concrete in the pool. High
levels are not a major cause for concern provided the pH and alkalinity are
within recommended parameters, but the reading should be kept below
1000mg/l (ppm) if possible.
Instructions
Take a calcium hardness reading using your test kit. You will need to correct the
calcium hardness if the reading is below 175mg/l (ppm) for liner pools, and below
250mg/l (ppm) for tiled pools. With the circulation system running, sprinkle the product directly into the water
around the perimeter of the pool. Do not pre-dissolve as this could generate
excessive heat. Only use when bathing has ceased, and avoid areas near the
skimmers.Re-test after 24 hours. If the calcium hardness level is still below 175mg/l (ppm)
for liner pools, and 250mg/l (ppm) for tiled pools, repeat the dose.
